“The second Saturday of each month, our Elderwood Team heads out to minister to the wonderful residents at Elderwood. This ministry was started by Dan Cabrera in 2020 and, after a temporary pause due to COVID, relaunched in 2023 with renewed passion. It has become one of the most meaningful ministries at Crosspoint. While many of us can choose where we attend church each Sunday, these residents don’t have that same opportunity—so we bring church to them.
