In the Bible, Genesis 14:14, there’s a story about two relatives, Abraham and Lot, who chose to go separate ways. Lot settled in a city called Sodom—
a place known for unhealthy and destructive choices. Eventually, that city was attacked, and Lot was taken captive.
What’s powerful is what happened next. Abraham didn’t ignore it or say, “He got himself into this.” Instead, he gathered 318 men—friends, servants, brothers he had built life with—and they went into a dangerous situation to rescue him. These men knowingly walked into harm’s way for someone who was in a bad place.
Those 318 men are often overlooked, but they were the reason the rescue happened. They didn’t approve of the choices that led there—but they refused to abandon a brother in need.
That’s the heart of Warrior 318. We’re about growing in Christ, becoming the men God called us to be, building real friendships, strengthening one another, and becoming men who will show up when life gets hard—whether the trouble was caused by bad decisions, bad circumstances, or just a tough season. We believe strong men don’t look the other way; they step up, and help a brother grow up!
